DELIVERY TIME
Opcsun Technology uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. Start shipping time is about 15~30days after confirmed your orders, Dock day is about 5~7 days by Air Transport and 15~30 days by Ocean after shipping.

SHIPPING NOTIFY
Once your package leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, shipping date, and items' details. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.
GOODS DAMAGED
If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please take photos or videos on-site and send them to us. Opcsun Technology will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, avoiding more inconvenience caused to you.
