The diffused silicon pressure sensor integrates a highly reliable MEMS pressure core. The sensor's zero position, sensitivity, temperature effects, and nonlinear errors are compensated for by an application-specific integrated circuit, resulting in high accuracy, fast response, a wide operating temperature range, and high reliability. The fully welded, sealed housing and 316L stainless steel diaphragm are compatible with a variety of harsh environments and media, providing extremely high safety and reliability for field applications. The electrical connection joint can be adapted to suit customer needs.

The sensor uses silicon piezoresistive core solution (temperature and pressure integration), single crystal silicon MEMS chip technology, cutting-edge flip-chip design, low temperature drift, and a high-precision special adjustment chip to adjust the sensor's zero point and sensitivity, resulting in a fast response time. The minimalist design scheme results in optimized product costs and has passed automotive-level reliability and environmental tests, enhancing the product's reliability and durability.

The ceramic capacitor core solution uses a ceramic capacitor pressure core and a high-precision special conditioning chip, which is compatible with a variety of corrosion-resistant media and has the characteristics of small temperature drift.
